Just another busy week cranking out media stories at Complete Public Relations. We mixed a little bit of everything in there when promoting the great deeds of our clients and partners. Some highlights include:
Read
We had a double dose of Chris Jennings profiles. One popped up in Fete and the other could be found in Business Black Box. For those who don’t know, Chris is the Executive Vice President of the Spartanburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. Yeah, he makes Spartanburg rock when it comes to tourism.
Spartanburg’s tourism world also saw some love as well. Stories appeared here and here after latest numbers for the county were announced Thursday.
Reedy Reels saw a major weekend with more than 700 people attending the film festival in downtown Greenville.
You may have a question on the future of skilled trade? Then you will want to read this piece by Anja Smith of All Clear Plumbing that graced the Upstate Business Journal this week.
Winning
Strangely enough, we had a very fun week at Complete Public Relations tooting our own horn. We picked up four MarCom Awards, two Palmetto Awards and Sarah Moore was named Upstate Director for the South Carolina PRSA. Way to go team!
Also, our good friend Jason Elliott secured his seat in the South Carolina General Assembly by rolling to a victory in State House District 22 with almost 85 percent of the vote. For the heck of it, here it is in the New York Times.
Watch
The Upstate’s favorite independent insurance man Guy Furay was on WYFF discussing the results of the election on the industry.
Moving
We posted these photos Thursday and Friday. More to come on this little adventure.
